Terms of Engagement
By engaging KRADS Digital, you agree to our standard terms of service.
1. We do not guarantee "overnight" results. True SEO and Marketing growth requires calculated strategies over time.
2. Intellectual property developed during campaigns belongs to the respective partner upon full payment.
3. KRADS reserves the right to terminate engagement if communication becomes hostile or unresponsive.
Full legal bindings will be provided upon signing the initial SOW (Statement of Work).
Data Processing & Security Terms
1. Scope of Data Usage
Krads Digital collects and processes data strictly for the purpose of delivering agreed services, including but not limited to:
- Website development and optimization
- Digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Lead generation and CRM management
- Communication via email, phone, and WhatsApp
We do not use client or end-user data for purposes outside the agreed scope.
2. Types of Data Processed
During operations, we may handle:
- Customer contact information (name, phone number, email)
- Business and project-related data
- Marketing campaign data (leads, engagement metrics)
- Website analytics and tracking data
All data is processed only to the extent required for service execution.
3. Data Ownership
- All client data, including leads and customer information, remains the property of the client.
- Krads Digital acts only as a data processor on behalf of the client.
- We do not claim ownership over any business or customer data.
4. Access Control & Internal Use
- Data access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
- Team members are granted access based on role and necessity.
- We enforce reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
5. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
To deliver services, we may use third-party platforms such as:
- Advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google)
- Analytics tools
- CRM systems
- Hosting providers
By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed through these platforms, subject to their respective privacy policies.
6. Data Security Measures
We implement industry-standard practices to protect data, including:
- Secure hosting environments
- Access restrictions and authentication controls
- Regular monitoring of systems
However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
- Data is retained only as long as necessary for service delivery and business purposes.
- Upon termination of services, data may be deleted or transferred to the client upon request.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Obtaining necessary user consent before collecting data
- Ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws
- Maintaining accuracy of the data provided
Krads Digital is not liable for data collected unlawfully by the client.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all client data as confidential and do not disclose it to unauthorized parties, except:
- When required for service execution
- When legally required
10. Data Requests & Deletion
Upon request, we will:
- Provide available data related to your account
- Assist in deletion or transfer of data, where feasible
